This Privacy Policy applies to the game currently titled "6 Card Golf" ("the software") when provided through Apple, Inc. ("Apple"), and Transfinisys AB ("we", "our" or "us"), and details how we collect, use, and disclose data about our users, including you.

What data we collect and how it is used

The Game

The Game only communicates externally with Apple services, and only for the following purposes:

1. To verify in-app purchases with Apple (if you buy the premium version).
2. To share your results in Apple's Game Center network. Data is only sent to Game Center if requested by the user. If you do choose to share your result on the Game Center network, the result will be visible to other users and connected to your Game Center user name (standard Game Center functionality), and the data is subject to the privacy policy defined by Apple.

The Game also stores information about game results and game settings on your device, but no personal information.

Support and other errands

If you contact us, for example to receive support or for some other errand, we may store your contact information and any data you send to us (emails, email addresses, attachments, etc.), in order to be able to handle your errand and for record keeping in accordance with applicable law. We do not share any such information with others unless we deem it necessary to handle your request.
